Are the charms waterproof?
Yes. All charms are UV protected, to prevent fading over time, and sealed in a
waterproof cover so you can swim and shower in your piece of jewelry.
How long will it take for my order to be completed?
It normally takes up to 15 days for your order to be completed, but other options
such as RUSH DELIVERY are offered during checkout.
Are photos returned to me if I mail them instead of emailing?
Yes. Send your photos in a protected package and they will be returned to you
unharmed.
Are the charms encased in glass?
No. They are encased in a glass-like substance that is scratch proof, waterproof,
and UV protected.
How do you clean your jewelry?
A normal silver dip may be used, dry with a soft cloth, and polish with a silver
cloth. It will clean beautifully without taking away it's luster.
How does your product differ from others?
I have done a lot of research over many years to come up with the finest quality

Can I offer suggestions to customize my order?
Yes please! Your custom piece of jewelry is something to treasure forever. You are
wearing a loved one or giving a gift to a loved one, and I want you to be
completely satisfied. I will work with you to make the most perfect and personal

Do I have to crop my pictures
No. I do everything for you. I usually crop around the face or hairline unless
otherwise specified.
Do I have to send black and white photos?
No. You may send any photo and it will be transformed to black and white at no
extra charge.
Do you offer discount prices to photographers?

No. Each piece is custom made with careful consideration and is not subject for
